Ensure all furniture and decor are placed back in their original packaging with all protective inserts and tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule a Pickup
For oversized furniture, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
